Tianjin Jingjin E-commerce Industrial Park is a key municipal demonstration park established by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government in August 2009. Located in Cuihuangkou town, Wuqing district, Tianjin, it covers an area of 9.87 square kilometers. The park focuses on industries such as e-commerce, technology internet, cultural creativity, and intelligent manufacturing, actively building an industry cluster that integrates internet information services, high-end equipment manufacturing, and e-commerce logistics integration. It has been recognized as a national e-commerce demonstration base and a national Torch Program characteristic industry base, as well as a Tianjin municipal e-commerce demonstration base.
The park's supporting facilities continue to improve. "Strong infrastructure, prioritized services, internal capabilities, and enhanced advantages" are crucial development strategies implemented by the park to cater to the diverse needs of enterprises. The e-commerce industry incubator, enterprise service center, Dingsheng Technology Park, Haoyi Industrial Park, sewage treatment plant, and heating station have been put to use. The completed talents’ apartments can accommodate more than 10,000 residents, contributing to the transformation and upgrading of industries and the attraction of high-end talents. The park is actively developing a GIS smart system that integrates various functions including regulation, security, services, mobile management, and converged communications. This advanced system aims to provide park customers with comprehensive and integrated services.
The construction of infrastructure continues to be upgraded. Significant efforts have been made to establish the Jingpeng Incubator, covering an area of 11,000 square meters. This modern facility primarily offers office spaces for enterprises, supports technology-based companies through incubation services, and provides leisure and entertainment amenities. Currently, more than 500 companies have successfully settled in the incubator. The e-commerce logistics center, spanning approximately 30,000 square meters, is now operational and will serve as a comprehensive office space catering to the needs of traditional enterprises undergoing transformation, business expansion, and housing headquarters offices. Additionally, the science and technology innovation base project, covering an area of around 157,000 square meters, aims to foster deep integration between high-end equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and intelligent warehousing. This project seeks to align manufacturing with modern service industries and synergize the local industrial foundation with the direction of industrial development.
Enterprise services are continuously enhancing. Embracing the notion that "serving others is developing oneself" and embodying the principle of "worry-free butler-style service," the park offers comprehensive support services. These services encompass business registration approval, land construction planning, employee training, enterprise promotion, network platform construction and operation, as well as assistance for enterprise listing. In 2017, the park established the E-commerce Park Administrative Service Center, providing convenient and efficient services including business registration, administrative approval, and tax services.
Efforts are made to create a "sharing economy." Leveraging the development of the internet sharing economy, the park is creating a specialized and distinctive sharing economy platform. Projects such as "Jidian Online," "Tianmao Travel," "Duojia Network Technology," and "Zhucheng Technology" have already been implemented in the park. Next, the park is proactively establishing specialized sharing economy platforms, including "shared travel, new media, human resources, medical aesthetics economy, online education, and internet celebrity live streaming." This initiative aims to strengthen talent recruitment, facilitate the integration and sharing of technical resources, and foster new drivers for the park's economic development.
So far, the park has attracted over 3,600 enterprises, including more than 1,700 internet-related companies. Among them are renowned enterprises such as Vipshop, JD.com, Jiuxian.com, Belle Group, Baowan Logistics, Baidu Games, Sina iAsk, Zhangyue Technology, Sohu Changyou, Ctrip, Qunar, Uxin, Guazi Second-hand Car, and many others. The park has emerged as a "new business card" for e-commerce in Tianjin.
