Currently, the digitalized workshop of the company covers a total area of 31,000 square meters, having 10 intelligent production line systems, 10 information integration systems, and five intelligent warehousing, logistics, and distribution systems. The workshop achieves real-time data collection for all equipment, including intelligent production lines, specialized machinery, testing equipment, intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, and automatic guided vehicles. The overall efficiency has increased by more than 60% compared to traditional factories, ensuring a consistent quality rate of 100%.
