This year, Wuqing district has been striving to promote the high-quality employment of its rural labor force in counterpart assistance areas, in a bid to promote rural revitalization and inject vitality into Wuqing district's labor market.
From Jingning and Jingchuan county in Gansu province, to Jiangda county in Xizang and Weichang county in Hebei province, Wuqing district has taken the lead in collaborating with numerous enterprises and seeking cooperation.

Since the beginning of this year, Wuqing, in collaboration with local departments, has organized 14 online and offline job fairs in the four counties, with the participation of 134 companies, offering over 4,700 positions. It has helped over 5,600 rural workers from counterpart assistance areas find employment in Tianjin and other provinces and cities. Among them, over 4,500 individuals are poverty alleviation workers, achieving 315 percent of the annual target.
In addition, Wuqing district plans to invest a total of 3.76 million yuan (about $515,552) in financial aid throughout the year. This funding is expected to be used for labor skills training, job subsidies for laborers working outside the region, and subsidies for assisted workshops.
